Working in Redditch
The West Midlands is home ground for us. Offices range from city-centre floors in Birmingham and Coventry to logistics and manufacturing sites along the M6 and M42 with mezzanine and viewing offices.
Most Redditch projects follow the same four stages: guide price, free survey, drawings with a fixed quote, then manufacture and installation. Large rooms and acoustic or fire-rated glass take longer to make, but time on site stays short.
Glass partitions in Redditch: questions
Can you work outside office hours in Redditch?
Yes. Evening and weekend installation can be arranged for occupied offices in Redditch, and is quoted up front.
How long does a glass partition project take in Redditch?
Usually three to seven weeks from enquiry to handover, depending on the glass. Time on site in Redditch is normally one to three days for a meeting room or office.
Do I need landlord consent for glass partitions in Redditch?
If you lease your office, almost certainly. We provide the drawings, product data and method statements most landlords in Redditch ask for.
How much do office glass partitions cost in Redditch?
Guide prices in Redditch are the same as elsewhere: from about £240 per m² for framed glass to £760 per m² for double glazed walls, ex VAT. Access, parking and out-of-hours working can add a little, which the survey confirms before you get a fixed price.
