Details and guide pricesA glass meeting room is an enclosed room built from glass partitions on one or more sides, with a glass door, privacy treatment and the acoustic performance the meetings need. We design it as a whole room, not just a wall, starting from the number of seats.
Guide price: £6,500 to £18,000 per room, fitted, ex VAT. Typical range for a 4 to 12 person room with one door.

As a planning guide, allow about 2 to 2.5 square metres per person for a meeting room, plus space for a screen wall. A six-person room is often around 3.5 by 4 metres; a twelve-person boardroom around 4.5 by 7 metres.
We draw the room, coordinate the door swing with furniture and power, specify the glass to the sound reduction you need, and design manifestation or privacy film that matches your brand. Switchable glass and integral blinds are options where meetings need full privacy.
